  • Created multiple studies using UserTesting.com to improve the user experience of the servicenow.com site. Studies comprised of:
    ‍◦ Looking at completion rates of static vs interactive forms
    ‍◦ Exploring the involvement of a C Suite in the buyer’s journey process
    ‍◦ Determining the relevance of solutions vs products in marketing approaches to C Suite buyers
  • Leveraged findings from these studies to redesign the servicenow.com site, creating both interactive prototypes & hi-fidelity mock ups at multiple breakpoints using Figma and Illustrator
  • Helped create a responsive design system, used in the redesign of the servicenow.com site

Genentech

UX Designer • July 2020 – Mar 2021
  • Lead designer in charge of improving usability and increasing user base for a scientific data repository central to genetic research
  • Improved the user experience and user interface for an annotation tool used to filter through thousands of scientific documents
  • Brainstormed and designed a new website to showcase all of the tools and services offered by my department
  • Created multiple logos and other graphics for the department using Illustrator and Figma
